Breakfast in the Fall Woods Wedding Editorial

So excited to share this editorial is featured on Green Wedding Shoes!

This fall first-look took place in the gorgeous mountains of San Diego. What we didn't know is that we were in for a real treat the day of - beautiful fog, snow, and temperatures below 30 degrees! Oh, and of course, gorgeous yellow leaves.

Have you ever thought about how rushed you might feel on your wedding day? During a first look, you spend about 10-15 minutes if that with your loved one, and then you move directly into the next phase of the day, usually bridal photos, or you jump right into the ceremony.

What about that intimate time you get to spend with each other? Is there even room for that any more? We mean true special time. Not the time the bride & groom run off with the photographer to capture epic sunset pictures. Time for just you two. To relax, connect, and enjoy. Time for you to slow down & take in one of the best days of your life - the day that is currently unfolding! Most couples, at the end of the day, say that it went by SO fast. Too fast.

Michelle Lillywhite came up with this vision: a morning first-look, and then intimate time to spend with each other over breakfast before the wedding day truly begins. A time to slow down & enjoy the moment. To sip coffee, sit with your best friend, chat, laugh, & immerse yourself in their eyes. The team put together this beautiful editorial, and we are so happy to see it come to life. For all the wonderful vendors, scroll to the end! //
